Study Links Physical Exercise to Memory

According to a study published in the Journal of the International Neuropsychological Society, older adults who get some form of exercise during the day perform better on memory tasks than those who are more sedentary. Researchers found that staying physically active can improve seniors’ quality of life by delaying cognitive decline and allowing them to live independently.
